Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • We offer shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship only within the United States. Orders placed with delivery addresses in the EU, UK, or EEA will be canceled and refunded.

Processing Time:

  • We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.
  • Our standard processing time is 2 business days.
  • Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or through the carrier's tracking system.

 

Shipping Protection Policy

Shipping Protection covers your order in the event of damage, defects, lost-in-transit packages, and orders shipped to an incorrect address.


It does not cover packages that are stolen after delivery or marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Include:

1. Order Number

2. Photos of the damaged/defective item (if applicable)

3. Brief description of the issue

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

(or expected delivery date for lost/incorrect-address issues).


We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.
